About Us
Our Story
As children we would perform with our parents at churches and regional youth events. We grew up in a musical family. Our father would sing and sometimes play the spoons or harmonica, Mom would sing and play accordion, and Phillip and I would sing and play guitar.
We grew up with music in the house, in the car, and in our hearts.
The Zeo family tradition continues as we gather every Sunday for dinner at “Grandmom” Zeo's house. Everyone brings their instruments and once again the house is filled with music.
What Inspires Us
We are inspired by each other and by the audiences reactions to our performances each night. We love to write, we love performing as a family, and we love bringing our audiences into our family circle to experience those songs, sounds and expressions that we grew up with, and honestly, may at times have taken for granted.
Our Influences
Our songwriting melds together a blend of Roots Music, Oldtime Gospel, Blues, Rock and Roll, and what has been referred to as "Outlaw Country", resulting in a celebration of life and living.
Since 2015 we have been writing and performing music that reflects the everyday experiences of life, love, passion, loss, hope, longing, good times, bad times and existential questioning.
